Technical Description:  WebEx is a popular web conferencing solution, which allows users to share
presentation material and their desktop with other users in a virtual
meeting.  It is designed to accomplish all of this without the need for
a fat client, using only the user’s browser as the client for the meeting.

WebEx uses ActiveX to download additional components needed to host or
attend a meeting.  The additional components are not validated, nor the
location from which they are downloaded.  This allows the attacker to create
a malicious web page that would initialize the WebEx ActiveX control, and
download and initialize a DLL of their choice.  By placing malicious code
in the initialization routine of the DLL, the attacker can execute
arbitrary commands under the security context of the user viewing the web
page.

This vulnerability is dangerous due to the fact that it leverages an ActiveX
control that is trusted by most users.
