Detailed Description

Business Impact:

Browser-related vulnerabilities, like this one affecting JScript, are one of the top targets of malicious web exploit toolkit developers.  The exploitation of this vulnerability provides the attacker with the privileges of the end user, which could allow complete control over the targeted endpoint.  This vulnerability was privately disclosed to Microsoft, allowing them to provide a patch in coordination with the public disclosure of the vulnerability.  At the time of publication, no one had yet published proof-of-concept exploit code nor were there any reports of in-the-wild exploitation.
